Once you have an active handicap, it is important that you maintain it. For your handicap to remain active, you must submit 3 signed medal scores during the year January – December.
A supplementary round can be played at any time, as long as the card is signed by another playing member. Prior to playing a supplementary round, you must firstly log into the Psi Membership System at Reception – this is a simple process and we can show you how to do this at Reception. Once you have completed your round, you must input your score into the Psi system and then deposit your signed card into the handicap box on at Reception.
Remember, if you fail to submit 3 cards in any one calendar year, your handicap will become inactive and you will then be required to submit 3 further cards in order to re-activate it.
If you do not have a handicap, don’t worry, it is easy to get one! Simply sign the Members Diary behind Reception prior to playing and submit three completed score cards, signed by your playing partner who must be a member (of any club), and place in the Handicap Box next to Reception.
The Handicap Secretary will then process your handicap and post in the Handicap File in Reception. Once you have a handicap, you will be able to play in Club Competitions and purchase a County Card.
You will find all of the Club Competitions listed in our annual Club Diary. If you do not have a diary, please ask for one at Club Reception. You can also find an up to date Competition Diary on the Members Portal.
